ORLANDO SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) today announced that Bentley Systems, Pacific Coast Building Products Inc. and Watco Companies have joined the growing list of companies driving digital HR transformation with SAP SuccessFactors human capital management (HCM) solutions.

The three companies will showcase their successful deployments of SAP SuccessFactors solutions as part of integrated strategies to attract and nurture top talent, and meet the needs of the modern workforce, at SAPinsider HR 2017 taking place March 6-9 in Orlando.

“Transformative HR teams want solutions that can be easily deployed and support the needs of every employee across disparate teams and operating locations,” said Yvette Cameron, senior vice president of strategy at SAP SuccessFactors.* “Bentley Systems, Pacific Coast Building Products, Inc.’s Family of Companies and Watco Companies are taking advantage of cloud-based innovations to better engage the digital workforce and manage and motivate talent to achieve strategic goals.”

Each company will demonstrate its transformative approach to HR that puts people first and provides employees with an overall experience that is both engaging and motivating.

  • Bentley Systems, a global leader in software solutions for advancing the design, construction and operations of infrastructure, integrated the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution, along with the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions, with existing on-premise SAP ERP HCM solutions, to expand information sharing across divisions, provide a unified user experience and allow HR teams to more easily support colleagues globally.
  • Pacific Coast Building Products Inc.’s Family of Companies, who manufacture, distribute, supply and install high-quality building materials, recently implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals by integrating with SAP ERP HCM for payroll, benefits and time and attendance. Pacific Coast Building Products, Inc.’s Family of Companies achieved a smooth deployment of the SAP SuccessFactors solutions, making it simple for employees and managers across locations to have a flexible, modern, mobile HR experience.
  • Watco Companies, provider of transportation, terminal and port, supply chain and mechanical solutions to customers throughout North America and Australia — and long-time customer of on-premise SAP ERP HCM — implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solution along with SAP SuccessFactors Learning, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions. As a result, the company increased user adoption and satisfaction, reduced infrastructure costs with the cloud and cut transaction costs with self-services for managers and employees.

Leading cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors solutions enable companies to transform their talent management processes while preserving their existing investments in on-premise SAP ERP HCM solutions. Executives from Bentley Systems, Pacific Coast Building Products, Inc.’s Family of Companies and Watco Companies will be speaking at the SAPinsider HR 2017 event in Orlando to discuss their unique digital HR transformation journeys with SAP.
